Southern Oregon sophomore goalkeeper Jessica Kuehlwein and the Raider women's soccer team have been recognized by the National Soccer Coaches Association of American.

Kuehlwein was named to the NSCAA NAIA All-West Region team and the Raiders named a Team Academic Award Winner.

Sophomore Jessica Kuehlwein led a group of four Southern Oregon women’s soccer players that earned All-Cascade Conference honors this year.

Kuehlwein, Auika Muragin, Denise Powell and Alexis Mahoney each earned All-Conference honors.

Southern Oregon landed 18 student-athletes on the Cascade Conference's Fall All-Academic team.

To earn the honor, student-athletes must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 and be at least a sophomore.

The Southern Oregon women's soccer team scored a 2-1 victory at Northwest Christian tonight, but just missed out on going to the Cascade Conference Postseason Tournament.

Southern Oregon finished the season 7-8-2 overall and 5-3-1 in conference play. The Raiders finished in fifth place, one point behind fourth place Oregon Tech's 6-3 record. Northwest Christian finished the season 3-14 overall and 2-7 in conference play.

Southern Oregon freshman Alexis Mahoney scored a pair of second half goals to allow the Raiders to tie Corban 2-2 today in Salem.

Southern Oregon is now 6-8-2 overall and 4-3-1 in Cascade Conference play. Corban is now 9-5-3 overall and 6-1-1 in conference play.

The Southern Oregon women’s soccer team saw its four-match win streak come to an end today at the hands of fifth-ranked Concordia, 3-0 at University Field.

Concordia improved to 15-1 overall and remained perfect in Cascade Conference play with a 7-0 mark. Southern Oregon dropped to 6-8-1 overall and 4-3 in conference action.

Denise Powell had two second half goals as Southern Oregon won its fourth-straight with a 2-0 victory over Warner Pacific today at University Field.

Southern Oregon improved to 6-7-1 overall and 4-2 in Cascade Conference play. Warner Pacific fell to 1-9-3 overall and 1-4-1 in conference action. Southern Oregon hosts fifth-ranked Concordia Saturday at 3 p.m.
