For the third time this year, Southern Oregon's David Laney has been named the Cascade Conference Runner of the Week.

Laney also won the award on Sept. 21 and Oct. 5.

Laney helped lead the Southern Oregon men to the team title at Saturday's Oregon State Beaver Classic. Laney won the individual race with a time of 24:21 and the Raiders defeated Seattle University 28-57 in the team race.

The Raiders are now off until Nov. 7 when they look to score their second straight championship at the Cascade Conference Championships in Springfield.
