20 Land On Spring Conference Academic List

A total of 20 Southern Oregon softball and track and field student-athletes have been named to the Spring Cascade Conference All-Academic squad.

A total of 189 student-athletes were honored by the conference. To earn the honor, the student-athletes must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 and be at least a sophomore.

The SOU track and field team was represented by Chris Anders-Paguirigan, Kelly Clark (Laguna Niguel, Calif./Aliso Niguel), Rosie Converse (Colorado Springs, Colo./Pine Creek), Maggie Converse (Colorado Springs, Colo./Pine Creek), Ryan Ghelfi (Redding, Calif./Redding Adventist), Kristen Juveland (Central Point, Ore./Crater), David Laney (Portland, Ore./Central Catholic), Ryan Matz (Chico, Calif./Pleasant Valley), Dennis McCaffrey (Ashland, Ore./Ashland), Travis Pattan (Medford, Ore./South Medford), Kevin Rapet (Medford, Ore./South Medford), Levi Roudebush (Grants Pass, Ore./North Valley), Josh Seitz (Forest Grove, Ore./Forest Grove), Kael Steiner-Bailey (Anchorage, Alaska/Dimond) and Alex Waroff (Rogue River, Ore./Rogue River).

The SOU softball team was represented by Meghan Laughlin (Honolulu, Hawaii/Mid-Pacific Institute), Mischa Meyer (Corvallis, Ore./South Eugene), Kathryn Moy, Sara Stenson (Martinez, Calif./Acalanes) and Danielle Stratton (Klamath Falls, Ore./Mazama).
