Raiders-Hawks Battle To Scoreless Tie

The Southern Oregon and Holy Names women's soccer teams battled to a 0-0 tie this evening in Dublin, Calif.
The Raiders are now 0-1-1 on the season and travels to William Jessup Tuesday afternoon.
"Our defending was pretty good and we had some good chances," SOU head coach Jon Clement said. "It was a game that you'd hope you would win, but it's a step in the right direction."
Southern Oregon out-shot the hosts 16-10, led by four shots by
Denise Powell and three shots from
Sydney Paulsen. Junior goal keeper
Jessica Kuehlwein finished with three saves for the Raiders.
SOU's home opener is set for next Sunday when they host Linfield at 4 p.m.
