CCC RELEASE

LA GRANDE – Three Southern Oregon women's basketball players joined a total of 60 Cascade Collegiate Conference student-athletes in the winter sports of men's and women's basketball in earning Academic All-CCC honors for their performances in the classroom, the conference office announced.

Molly Doran (Corvallis, OR/Crescent Valley), Kristen Gran (Stockton, Calif./Lincoln) and Josi McDermott (Ashland, Ore./Ashland) each received Academic All-Conference honors. Doran is a junior health/physical eduaction major, while Gran is a junior physics major and McDermott is a senior majoring in business.

To earn recognition as a CCC scholar-athlete, a student must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 and sophomore standing.
