2016 Outdoor Track: Earned All-Cascade Conference status for the first time with a third-place finish in the 800 meters at the CCC Championships on May 14… Battled injuries most of the season but had an 800 season best of 2:16.96 in a win at the Mt. Hood Track Festival on April 30… Ran an 800 split in the neighborhood of 2:13 for SOU’s 4x800 team that broke a school record (9:18.88) on April 23 at the Raider Invitational and finished 16th at the NAIA Championships on May 26… Earned Academic All-CCC and Daktronics-NAIA Scholar Athlete kudos.

2016 Indoor Track: Became an NAIA All-American for the first time as part of the SOU distance medley relay team, running the 400-meter portion for a team that finished fifth overall – the top finish for any women’s relay team in Raider history – with a time of 12:03.30 on March 5 in Johnson City, Tenn.

2015 Cross Country: Named a Daktronics-NAIA Scholar Athlete for the fall… Took 38th place at the Cascade Conference Championships (20:20.9, 5K) and 147th at the NAIA Championships (19:45.45, 5K) in helping the Raiders finish 14th nationally and outdo their pre-meet ranking by seven spots.

2015 Outdoor Track: Broke a 22-year-old SOU record in the 800 meters with a time of 2:15.02 at the Mount Hood Track Festival on May 2... Placed fourth in the 800 at the Cascade Conference Championships (2:15.32) to become an All-CCC performer and was part of SOU's 4x400-meter relay team that was runner-up at the CCC Championships in 3:57.02... Also a member of the 4x800 relay team that set a school record with a time of 9:22.16 at the SOU Raider Open… Named to the Academic All-Cascade Conference team.

2014 Cross Country: Finished 39th at the Cascade Conference Championships, completing the 5K course at Fernhill Park in Portland in 19:47... Traveled to the NAIA Championships with SOU and took 265th.

2014 Outdoor Track: Logged season-bests in the 400 of 1:00.89, in the 800 of 2:17.24, and in the 1,500 of 5:05.53. Placed 12th in the 800 at the CCC Championships (2:21.37) and was a member of the Raider 4x400 relay team that placed second (3:56.37).

2013 Cross Country: Was named the Cascade Conference women's runner of the week after placing sixth at Western Oregon's Ash Creek Invitational, completing the 4,200-meter course in 16:19 in her SOU debut... Finished 21st at the Cascade Conference Championships in 20:56 on the 5K course in Caldwell, Idaho.

Personal: Born on Oct. 31, 1994 in Carson City, Nev… Graduated in 2013 from Douglas High (Nev.)… Parents are Deanna and Jim; has one younger sister, Olivia… Father is a former cross country and track runner at Virginia Tech, and sister currently competes in the heptathlon at Chico State (Calif.)… Member of the inaugural SOU Honors College class… Majoring in pre-physical therapy.
