2017 Track: Redshirted.

2016 Cross Country: Named a Daktronics-NAIA Scholar Athlete and a member of the Academic All-Cascade Conference team for the second year in a row… Was the Raiders’ 6^th finisher in their title run at the NAIA Championships, placing 126^th of 331 overall in 26:12.3… Took 32^nd of 80 as SOU won its 9^th straight CCC title, completing the 8K course in 27:49.8… Notched his best finish of the season, 9^th of 69, by running William Jessup’s Warrior Invitational in 25:22.6.

2016 Track: Named a Daktronics-NAIA All-American and a member of the Academic All-Cascade Conference team... Advanced for the first time to the NAIA Outdoor Championships, where he placed 17th in the 10,000-meter race (33:06.87) on May 27 in Gulf Shores, Ala... Took seventh at the Cascade Conference Championships in the 10K (32:48.45) and 14th in the 5K (15:30.68) on May 13-14 in Hermiston... Established new personal bests in the 1,500 (4:11.68, March 19 at the Sac State Invitational), the 5K (15:05.65, April 23 at the Raider Invitational) and the 10K (31:16.82, April 2 at the S.F. State Distance Carnival)... Had the second-fastest overall 10K time in the CCC on the season.

2015 Cross Country: Was SOU's second finisher and 56th overall at the NAIA Championships (25:54.6, 8K) on Nov. 21 in Charlotte, N.C., pushing the Raiders to a 23rd-place team finish... Just missed all-conference status but placed 16th overall at the CCC Championships (26:35.3, 8K) on Nov. 7 in Salem as the Raiders won their eighth straight title.

2015 Track: Became an All-Cascade Conference runner by placing fourth in the 10K at the CCC Championships in Ashland (32:52.58), and also placed 12th in the 5K (15:39.63)... Set a 5K PR at the SOU Raider open in 15:21.46 and a 10K PR at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival in 31:18.77.

2014 Cross Country: Placed 21st at the Cascade Conference Preview Meet, finishing the 8K course at Fernhill Park in Portland in 27:30... Also placed 59th at the OSU Beaver Classic... Named to the All-CCC Academic Team.

2014 Track: Set PRs in the 1,500 (4:28.58) at the Linfield Jenn Boyman Memorial, and had a season-best 5K time of 16:16.27 at the Pacific Twilight.

2013 Cross Country: Redshirted.

Personal: Born on March 22, 1995 in Escondido, Calif... Graduated in 2013 from North Medford High, where he was a student body president and a member of the Torch Honors Society... The son of Shelley and Mario... Majoring in economics.
