Biography
2016 Track: Established a new personal best in the 5K with a time of 18:55.19 on March 18 at the Sac State Invitational -- a new PR by almost two minutes... Took third place in the 5K at the Chico State Invite on March 14.
2015 Cross Country: Placed 52nd overall at the Cascade Conference Championships, completing Corban University's 5K course in 21:35.5 on Nov. 7.
2015 Track: Had the 17th-best 10,000-meter time in the Cascade Conference with a personal best of 42:29.62 at Linfield's Jenn Boyman Memorial Invitational.
2014 Cross Country: Placed 52nd at the Cascade Conference Preview Meet, running the 5K Portland course in 21:14.
2014 Track: Had season-bests of 2:45.79 in the 800, 5:19.20 in the 1,500 and 20:45.34 in the 5K.
Personal: Born on July 15, 1995 in Salem... A 2013 graduate of South Salem High... Parents are Kathryn and Tomas; has an older sister, Hannah, and a younger sister, Delaney... Majoring in education.
