2017 Outdoor Track: A member of the spring Academic All-Cascade Conference team… Took 11^th place in the 800 meters at the CCC Championships in Ashland with a time of 2:00.57… Clocked a season-best 800 time of 1:57.18 to place second at Humboldt State’s Border Battle… Top 1,500 time of the season was 3:59.57 at the S.F. State Distance Carnival.

2017 Indoor Track: Ran the 1,200-meter leg for SOU’s distance medley relay team that placed 15^th at the NAIA Indoor Championships with a time of 10:27.04.

2016 Cross Country: Placed 41^st of 80 at the Cascade Conference Championships, running the 8K course at Corban University in 28:35.7… Posted his top finish of the season, 14^th of 97, at the Lewis & Clark Invite by running 8K in 26:15… Named to the Academic All-CCC team.

2016 Track: An Academic All-CCC performer in the classroom again... Captured 10th place in the 800 meters (1:59.54) and 11th in the 1,500 (4:11.45) on May 13-14 in Hermiston at the Cascade Conference Championships... Established a new 800 PR of 1:56.69 on March 19 at the Sacramento State Invitational, and a 1,500 PR of 3:57.73 on April 2 at the S.F. State Distance Carnival.

2015 Cross Country: Placed 29th at the Cascade Conference Preview Meet on Sept. 18 in Salem, running 8K in 28:53.2... Was 125th of 240 total runners at the San Francisco State Invitational with a time of 27:20.2.

2015 Track: Placed 19th in the 800-meter race at the Cascade Conference Championships with a time of 1:58.69... Had a season-best 800 time of 1:57.17 at the SOU Raider Open and a season-best 1,500 time of 4:19.06 at the Linfield Jenn Boyman Invitational... Was part of SOU's 4x800-meter relay team that finished 20th at the NAIA Outdoor Championships in 7:54.88... Named to the Academic All-CCC team.

2014 Cross Country: Finished 117th of 172 at the San Francisco State Invite, and 90th of 116 at the Oregon State Beaver Classic.

Prior to SOU: Redshirted his freshman season at Adams State University in Alamosa, Colo.

Personal: Born on June 12, 1995 in Amsterdam... Graduated in 2013 from Grant High in Portland... Parents are Kevin and Linda; has an older brother, Dylan, who is a former Raider runner, and a younger sister, Georgia... Majoring in psychology.
