2016 Track: An Academic All-Cascade Conference performer... Placed ninth at the CCC Championships in the 10K with a mark of 43:11.87 on May 13 in Hermiston... Recorded a PR in the 5K of 19:47.75 on April 22 at the Raider Invitational, and PR'd in the 10K in 41:12.42 on April 2 at the Linfield Boyman Invitational.

2015 Cross Country: Placed 65th at the Cascade Conference Championships on Nov. 7 at Corban University, where she completed the 5K course in 22:25.8... Was 33rd at the CCC Preview Meet on the same course in 21:13.7.

2015 Track: Captured 10th place in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (12:48.82) at the Cascade Conference Championships on May 8 in Ashland with a personal-best mark... Posted season-bests of 2:39.03 in the 800 (April 11, Chico State Twilight), 5:15.18 in the 1,500 (April 10, Chico State Twilight), and 20:04.22 in the 5K (April 18, Raider Open).

2014 Cross Country: Debuted on Sept. 19 at the Cascade Conference Preview Meet in Portland, where she took 58th overall in 21:28 on Fernhill Park's 5K course... Ran 6K at the S.F. State Invitational in 25:19.8, finishing 91st of 159 on Oct. 10.

Personal: Graduated in 2014 from South Eugene High, where she was a runner and a standout midfielder on the soccer team... Earned the Provost Scholarship at SOU... Majoring in business marketing.
