Biography
2016 Track: Took sixth place at the Cascade Conference Championships in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 12:06.22 on May 14 in Hermiston… Broke into the No. 5 spot on SOU’s all-time steeplechase list with a season-best of 11:55.26 on April 2 at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival… Had season-bests of 5:10.28 in the 1,500 (April 30, Mt. Hood Track Festival) and 19:54.44 in the 5K (April 22, Raider Invitational).
2015 Cross Country: Placed 44th overall at the Cascade Conference Championships (20:51.5, 5K) on Nov. 7 in Salem)… Was the Raiders’ sixth finisher and 150th overall at the NAIA Championships (19:47.6, 5K) on Nov. 21 in Charlotte, N.C.
Prior to SOU: Attended and competed at De Anza College in Cupertino, Calif., her first two years out of high school (2013-15)… Was twice an all-conference and all-region performer in the steeplechase.
Personal: Born on Aug. 18, 1995 in San Jose, Calif… A 2013 graduate of Leigh High… Majoring in accounting.
