2018: Marked her sophomore season with a spot on the All-Cascade Conference team and honorable mention All-West Region accolades... An Academic All-CCC honoree... Topped the CCC's attacking average leaderboard with a .390 mark in conference matches... Posted 2.1 kills and 0.8 blocks per set with a .339 average on the season... Became the first Raider in four years to reach double figures in blocks in a single match with 10 against Simpson on Aug. 26... Recorded a season-high 17 kills with only two errors on 25 swings against College of Idaho on oct. 5... Had 11 kills in SOU's CCC Tournament championship match against Eastern Oregon on Nov. 10.

2017: Figured prominently in SOU's attack as a true freshman, starting 25 of 26 matches... Ranked ninth in the Cascade Conference and second among CCC freshmen with a .278 attack percentage... Averaged 2.2 kills per set, which ranked third on the team, and 0.9 blocks, which ranked second... On Oct. 18 at Oregon Tech, recorded 22 kills on just 31 swings -- giving her the highest kill-total for a Raider in a four-set match in three years, and the highest total for a Raider freshman in a match of any length in over a decade. Her .645 attack percentage was also the best for an SOU player in a 20-plus-kill match since head coach Josh Rohlfing took over in 2007... Totaled 14 kills on 26 attacks (.385) in a five-set win at Warner Pacific on Sept. 15.

High School: An All-Southwest Conference performer three years and a first-team selection as a senior after leading her team in blocks and kills and helping bring the Cavers to the state playoffs… Was a four-year member of the National Honor Society and was listed on the honor roll throughout her high school days… A member of the Interact/Rotary Club and Youth to End Slavery Club… Was a “puppy raiser” for the Canine Angels Service Dog Team from 2009-16.

Personal: Born Caron Elliott Cook on Sept. 19, 1998 in Fairfax, Va… The daughter of Dale Balme and David Cook; has a younger brother, Grant… Majoring in communications with an emphasis on journalism.
