2025 Track and Field: Became a two-time All-American after placing second in the 5K (14:28.92) and seventh in the 10K (30:36.52) at the NAIA Outdoor Championships … Repeated as runner-up in both the 1,500 (3:52.76) and the 5K (14:41.01) at the Cascade Conference Championships … Moved to No. 2 on the SOU All-Time 5K list by taking fourth at the Oregon State High Performance meet with a time of 14:14.98 … Moved to No. 2 on the SOU All-Time 10K list after winning the Larry Byerly Invitational with a time of 30:26.18 … Recorded an 800 meter personal best of 1:55.10 at the John Knight Invite.

2023 Cross Country: Placed 99th at the NAIA Championships, covering the 8K course in 26:15.7 … Earned his second All-CCC honor by placing 14th at the Cascade Conference Championships in 25:16 … Ran an 8K personal best of 24:52.9 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational … Took second at the Jessup Invite (25:06.5) and third at the Jim Hunt Humboldt Invite (25:34.8).

2023 Track & Field: Scored for SOU in the 10K at the Cascade Conference Championships, placing eighth with a season-best time of 31:57.15 ... Recorded a 5K PR of 14:53.64 to place seventh at the OSU High Performance Meet, and a week earlier won the Raider Invitational 5K in 14:57.04 ... Had season-bests in the 800 (1:59.38) and the 1,500 (3:58.23) at the Larry Byerly Invite.

2022 Cross Country: Became an All-Cascade Conference performer in his debut season with the team, placing 13th at the CCC Championships in 25:42.1 to help the Raiders win the title ... Finished 150th at the NAIA Championships in 25:55.6 for ninth-place SOU ... Registered his fastest time of the season (25:36.5) at the Lewis & Clark Invite, a week before placing seventh of 182 runners at the NAIA Mid-States Classic.

Prior to SOU: Competed from 2019-22 at Hartnell College (Calif.) ... An all-region performer during the 2021 cross country season after placing sixth at the Northern California Championships, and the 29th-place finisher at the CCCAA State Championships ... During the 2022 track and field season, posted PRs of 4:01 in the 1,500, 8:46 in the 3K, 14:50 in the 5K, 31:21 in the 10K and 9:40 in the 3K steeplechase ... Was the Coast Conference runner-up in the steeple.
